Introduction
As part of the QnSmarti 4.0 Implementation for Quality Education, IPSR successfully conducted a two-day workshop on "Smart Assessment with OBE Approach & AI Assistance" at St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur, Maharashtra, on 3rd and 5th August 2026. The workshop was designed to support the institution in implementing an AI-powered Outcome-Based Education (OBE) assessment framework, enabling faculty members to simplify academic planning while enhancing the quality and effectiveness of assessments.
Key Focus of the Workshop
The workshop provided faculty members with practical training on implementing QnSmarti 4.0 for Outcome-Based Education and AI-assisted assessment. The sessions covered:
- Outcome-Based Education (OBE) assessment planning and best practices.
- Course Outcome (CO) mapping.
- AI-assisted question bank creation.
- Automated question paper generation.
- Best practices for accreditation-ready assessment processes.
- Hands-on implementation of QnSmarti 4.0 for academic assessment management.
